Four Saints and an Angel
by Dr. Ronald A. Williams

Estelle first laid eyes on Mark St. Auburn when she was only eleven years old. She was St. Euribiusís rich plantation girl, and he a well-known but troubled villager. The attraction was instantaneous and strong enough that their lives remain intertwined despite infidelity, emotional breakdowns, and violence.

But when Mark disappears, Estelle is forced to move on, and she takes refuge in the love of her lifelong friends.

When Mark resurfaces after twenty years bringing violence and fear into their lives, they are forced to come to terms with the impact this charismatic but insular man has had on their lives. As they discover more about Markís past, not only their future but the nation itself is threatened.

Reader Review for Four Saints and An Angel
Reader Review for Four Saints and An Angel
5.0 out of 5 stars Friendship, Loyalty, Barbadian Dialect and Culture, May 31, 2009 By Catherine O. Sandiford "Olivia" (Philadelphia, PA) -

For those readers like myself who start a book and never finish it, Four Saints And An Angel will keep you wondering what happens next. Dr. Williams has such a way with words, that I feel like I am right there with the women. ... If you love Barbados, Barbadians (Bajans), the dialect and the culture, this one will entertain you and your visitors for years to come. I recommend it for travel on the plane, while you wait at the Doctor's office or while taking in some sun on the beach. I'm lovin' it! "Barbados Uh Cum from."
