Ethel Wallace is a native and longtime resident of the Washington, D.C., and Maryland area, where she lives with her husband, Richard. Having studied business economics and finance at the University of the District of Columbia, she has had a twenty-two-year career as a professional in the field of budget and finance.
Ms. Wallace’s interests include reading, travel, and work in church ministries. Keep It Simple, Simon – KISS grew out of a course she developed and taught for the Bible Institute at her church and is her first published book.
