by Patricia Lynn Kitzmann

As a way to help herself cope with her situation – and as a way to try and help others – Patricia Lynn Kitzmann wrote Looking through the Peephole: The Sandwich Generation. Patricia describes all the steps other women and men her age should take in order to care for a loved one properly, particularly an elderly mother or father. Many different aspects of elderly life are covered, including exercising, outer appearances, vacations, and normal day-to-day adventures. She hopes that by being exposed to her experiences, her readers might extract some helpful advice when it comes to caring for their loved ones.
