Relationships: An Interpretation of Matthew
by Edgar Poe Symmes III

Edgar Poe Symmes III was born in Gulfport, Mississippi, and has previously written and published a number of religious and inspirational books. His ancestry flows deep within the old English/Irish clergy beginning with Rev. Zechariah Symmes, Canterbury, England, and followed by Rev. John Cleves Symmes, whose daughter was Anna Symmes Harrison, who was wife of President William Henry Harrison. His great- grandfather, Dr. Gustavus H. Symmes, the first doctor of Tampa, Florida, was married to Ellen Matilda Poe, Edgar Allan Poe’s cousin.

About the Author

This book stems from a deep abiding faith in God and the miracle lighted journeys that God provides all of us if we will recognize the signposts. Symmes hopes this book will provide a lighted path for others to follow and recognize their similar ideals and become friends in Christ even without common goals and interests.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.”

(2009, paperback, 76 pages)
