Karla is a young and successful woman who has started her own business. Once a year, she takes other successful people to other countries, where they donate their time and money, building hospitals, homes, and water systems for people who need them. About the Author

Joy Treptow McCarthy is married, and has a large family. She spent several years working in hospice care before being transferred into surgery. Now retired, she has found the time to fulfill her dream of writing a book.
