Most of us spend our youth trying to figure out our true identity and what we want most in life. Sometimes, however, when we finally discover the answers to these questions, it may seem to be too late to realize them.

Corie and Ketley, best friends through childhood, have begun their separate lives after marrying their husbands, but sadly these relationships dont provide the kind of love they need. Feeling despondent and hopeless, Corie turns to the most unlikely of possibilities for comfort, only to find herself immersed in a web of secrets, manipulation, and desire that will threaten her relationships with everyone she loves

Stephanie Sharp is a native of Arkansas, and she works as a buyers agent for a realty company. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies from Texas A&M University, as well as a degree in writing for children and teenagers from the Charter Oak College Institute of Childrens Literature. She has previously published a book called The Bird That Couldnt, a childrens picture book. She was inspired to write The Ten Mile Creek by actual events that transpired in the life of someone very dear to her.
