Through My Eyes

Throughout her life, Joanna Noujaim was taught to withhold her emotions, though she often felt lost and out of place. In this collection of poetry, Noujaim sets her thoughts free through written verse. Touching upon issues of love, loss, hope, uncertainty, agony, and pain, Noujaims poems are honest and poignant. They pay full tribute to the strength and courage she has used to overcome lifes challenges, allowing her voice to finally be heard.

Joanna Noujaim was born in London, England. For the past eight years, she has lived in Kaduna, Nigeria. Noujaim works on marketing campaigns for Red Bull energy drinks. In her free time, she enjoys running, cycling, and photography.
