Product Overview

by Thomas E. Ferguson

A promotion to officer in a corporation is the culmination of a business executives lifelong dream and hard work. It may mean a large salary increase, a new office, access to the corporate jet, and a number of other significant perks that let the world know you are on top of your game. What do you do now?

Unfortunately, says Tom Ferguson, author of The Transition to Officer, many corporations neglect to communicate their expectations to new officers. This often leads to unnecessary personal risk, nonperformance, or ultimately career failure. The Transition to Officer covers business aspects all new officers must know and not only is a must read for new corporate officers, but managers and supervisors will also benefit from Fergusons expertise.
